Can I make changes to my booking?
You can change your flights in the Your booking section, up to 7 days before flight's scheduled departure.
If there is a price difference compared to the original fare at the time of the change, you must pay the amount of the difference. And additionally, if you do not have the Megavolotea Fare, you must pay an additional fee for the change, indicated in the service fees table.
For changes of destination, origin and name, the conditions indicated in each Tariff apply.
Regardless of the fare of your flight, during the purchase process you can add the Flex service, which allows you to change your flight without having to pay the change fee up to 4 hours before departure. You can also cancel your booking and get a refund in Volotea Credit.
