Zaragoza: the capital of the Río Ebro. Its amazing beech forest is one of the southernmost in Europe, making autumn a spectacular time to admire the mountain wood's kaleidoscope of colors.

Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park. The breathtaking Ordesa Valley is a National Park and UNESCO World Heritage Site. The park is home to the highest limestone massif in Europe which culminates in Monte Perdido, the third-highest peak in the Pyrenees. The dramatic Ordesa, Pineta and Añisclo valleys were carved by glaciers. The park is an authentic paradise for nature-lovers.

Albarracín: travel back in time near Teruel. Aragón has plenty of villages with Conjunto Histórico (listed) status, and Albarracín is a fantastic example.
